Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to return an order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. When requesting a return, please provide the reason for the return and send a photo of the parcel slip. Please note, returns will not be accepted if you are changing your mind.

You can return the product only if it is damaged, you received the wrong item, or there is any other problem with the product.

To return the item, you will need to pay for the shipping costs yourself through the courier service. Once your return request is approved, we will refund your full amount, minus the delivery charges.

We only ship cash-on-delivery (COD) orders within Pakistan.
