Shipping Policy for Viral Vendors

    • Once you place an order, we will review and process it. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully received.
    • After receiving your order, we will call you to confirm the order details.
    • If you do not pick up the first call, we will try to contact you two more times, making a total of three calls.
    • If you do not pick up any of these three calls, your order will be canceled.
    • Upon confirmation, we will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.

  2. Shipping Time

    • After dispatch, your order will arrive within 2-4 days, depending on your location.
    • Delivery times may vary based on the courier service and the delivery address.

  3. Shipping Charges

    • We offer cash-on-delivery (COD) services for orders within Pakistan. Delivery charges are included in the COD payment.

  4. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number from the courier service. This will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

  5. Shipping Restrictions

    • We only ship orders within Pakistan.
    • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or certain remote locations. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will inform you as soon as possible.

  6. Delivery Issues

  7. Return Shipping
