    • When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
    • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any payments made.

  3. Shipping Process

    • Once we receive your order, we will contact you via phone to confirm the order details.
    • If you confirm your order, we will dispatch it within 1-2 business days.
    • You should receive your order within 2-4 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  4. Return and Refund Policy

    • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel if you wish to return an item.
    • When returning an item, provide the reason for return and a photo of the parcel slip. Please note, returns will not be accepted if you change your mind.
    • Returns are only accepted for damaged items, incorrect products, or other problems with the order.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • Once your return request is approved, we will refund the full amount minus the delivery charges.

  5. Shipping and Delivery

    • We only offer cash-on-delivery (COD) services within Pakistan.
    • We will make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  7. Payment

    • Payments for orders must be made through the COD method, and you will be required to pay for the products upon delivery.
